Retailers and suppliers must create an account on the Bright White platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Product Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, Bright White does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product details. Retailers are encouraged to verify product information with suppliers.
Order Processing
Retailers are responsible for processing customer orders promptly. Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any issues with order fulfillment should be communicated promptly to the affected parties.
Payment and Fees
Retailers agree to pay the agreed-upon price for products and any applicable fees to Bright White. Payment terms and fee structures will be outlined in the agreement between retailers and suppliers.
Returns and Refunds
Retailers must communicate their return and refund policies clearly to customers. Suppliers are responsible for handling returns and refunds according to the retailer’s policy. Any disputes should be resolved between the retailer and the supplier.
Intellectual Property
Retailers and suppliers retain ownership of their intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant Bright White a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.
Termination
Bright White reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms and conditions. Either party may terminate the dropshipping agreement with notice in case of a material breach.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your Jurisdiction.
Modifications
Bright White reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
